SUODs in the BE: first results online!

The classification of disasters affecting the Built Environment (BE) evidences how one of the most significant categorizations distinguishes between Sudden-onset (SUOD) and Slow-Onset (SLOD) Disasters depending on the timing of consequences, while other ratings consider source, frequency, scale, and predictability.


Results deal with the first task of the WP1, that focuses on the state of the art concerning the relation between BE and Sudden-onset disasters (SUOD) considering the risks and human behaviors. Discover more at the deliverable D1.1.1 page!
